I found several variants Once i looked. Some ended up marked M-16A1, and several had been marked M16A1. Some had SERIAL truly stamped on there ahead of the serial range, and others didn't.The barrel is usually a 1970's or 1980's, since that is when the C FSB was used.  The aluminum barrel block markings are ordinary for the arsenal rebuild.In spit
